Revision 2026-07 [draft] · effective [effective date]

Disclosures

These are the facts about who we are and how we work, in plain language. This page is a draft that Allied Policy's counsel must review and finalize before publication. If it cannot load its current version, we show a standard fallback with a phone number rather than nothing.

Allied Policy is a licensed, independent life insurance agency, not an insurer. We shop multiple carriers so you can compare real options, disclose how we are paid, and name any advisor partner before you speak with them.

Who we are

Allied Policy LLC is a licensed insurance producer (agency) in Illinois, license [DFPR license number] (sample). We are not an insurance company. Every policy we place is issued by an insurance carrier, and the carrier alone is responsible for its terms, its pricing, and paying its claims.

We are not a bank, a lender, or an adviser regulated to give financial advice. We arrange insurance.

How we compare carriers

We shop the carriers that appoint us, currently a limited set in Illinois. That is real choice, but it is not the whole market, and we say so wherever quotes appear. A quote is a non-binding estimate; eligibility, coverage, and final pricing are set by the issuing carrier.

How we are paid

Carriers pay us a commission when a policy is issued, and renewal commissions while a policy stays in force. You never pay us a fee. Our compensation does not change the price you pay the carrier.

Our advisor partners

Some services may be provided through licensed advisor partners. When an advisor is involved, we name them and their license state before you speak with them.

Athena, our AI system

Athena is an automated AI system, not a human, and she is labeled as such wherever she appears. She shares information, not advice, and a licensed human is always one tap away. Calls may be recorded with your consent, and voiceprints are used only with a separate written consent (see the Privacy Policy).
